SPB Contech carried out a warehouse facility commissioned by Weinhaus Jakob Gerhardt Polonia in Gdańsk under the General Contracting formula.
The task included the demolition of the existing building with an area of 1,200 m2 and comprehensive turnkey construction of a new warehouse facility with an area of 2,000 m2, together with social annexes, road infrastructure, sanitary, water supply and rainwater systems, as well as parking spaces and a manoeuvring area of 3,500 m2 and landscaping.
The scope of the contract also included all the necessary design work and obtaining permits to use the facility.
The work was completed on time and to the high quality standard expected by the Investor.
