Our projects include industrial facilities, warehouse halls, production plants, specialist facilities, buildings under heritage conservation supervision, residential buildings, as well as alterations in operational plants — the full list is available in the PROJECTS section.
The projects presented demonstrate that we are capable of delivering construction works with a high degree of technical complexity, including in demanding sectors such as FMCG, logistics, marine and energy.

As a general contractor, we are responsible for the full coordination of the project, including:
verification of the documentation and design optimization,
construction site logistics,
baseline schedule and execution schedule,
supervision of all disciplines (structure, electrical, HVAC, sanitary, low-current),
quality, safety and regulatory compliance control,
trade-specific and final acceptance procedures,
as-built documentation and related handover records.
We specialize in flooring works, including PVC and carpet floor coverings, resin flooring systems (epoxy, polyurethane and polyurethane-cement), concrete subfloors using lightweight concrete intended for the marine sector, tiling works, as well as wall finishes using anti-corrosion coatings.
As part of our operations, we have carried out comprehensive bathroom refurbishment works — including the removal of existing anti-corrosion coatings and the application of new coating systems together with resin flooring systems (approximately 900 units in total) — as well as works in freezers, cold rooms, storage areas and kitchens. We have also installed floor coverings (PVC and carpet) in virtually all areas on board vessels where such finishes are applied.
