Pursuant to Article 62 of the Polish Construction Law, the owner or facility manager is required to carry out periodic inspections of the technical condition of buildings at least once every 5 years in order to ensure safety and functionality. Continuous modernization of such facilities not only improves their operational value, but also enhances safety and the efficiency of production processes.
Improvement of the building’s technical performance – enhancement of thermal insulation parameters through façade replacement and thermal upgrading, in compliance with energy efficiency regulations.

Structural and earthworks – strengthening of foundations and load-bearing structures in accordance with PN-EN 1992-1-1.
