SPB Contech has started the construction of a tourist accommodation building in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz. The work is being carried out in the General Contracting system and includes the demolition of the existing building and the comprehensive turnkey construction of the new building together with the technical infrastructure and land development. The building will have 6 storeys and a total area of approximately 1200 m2. The planned duration of the works is 13 months from the signing of the contract.
