SPB Contech carried out the construction of the Royal Apartments hotel building in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz at Kościuszki Street. The contract was conducted in the formula of general contracting and included demolition of the existing facility and then complex construction of a six-storey building together with all branches, among others: electrical, teletechnical, air-conditioning, ventilation, sanitary and external networks and land development. As part of the general contracting agreement, an occupancy permit was also obtained for the building.
The completed facility is a modern, self-service aparthotel with a 4-star standard of workmanship, offering travellers and tourists comfortable accommodation.
