Implementations

On 11 December 2024, SPB Contech completed the works as General Contractor for Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway S.A. The project included the alteration of a utility building and the construction of a new warehouse and garage hall with an area of 120 m², together with a waste shelter and site development works.

 

As part of the alteration of the utility building, one of the rooms previously intended for solid waste storage was adapted for warehouse use. The scope of works also included:

• comprehensive construction and installation works (sanitary, electrical and telecommunications),
• site development works, including the alteration of exit barriers and the reinstatement of the shared pedestrian and vehicular access route.

 

The project was completed on time and in accordance with the Investor’s requirements.
