Within the framework of the agreement signed with the National Museum in Gdańsk, we became the contractor for the construction and conservation works of the roof of the historic Sierakowski Palace on the grounds of the manor and park complex of the Museum of Noble Tradition in Waplewo Wielkie.
The detailed scope of works includes:
- repair and reinforcement of the existing roof structure,
- repair of part of the tiled roof covering,
- renovation of the roof covering of the roof slope covered with roofing paper,
- masonry and maintenance work on fire walls and parapets,
- renovation of the guttering and downpipe system including the installation of a systemic anti-icing heating system for gutters and downpipes,
- maintenance of the lightning protection system,
- preparation and handover of as-built documentation containing information on the course and manner of the work.
