Implementations

On 28 February 2025, SPB Contech completed the works as General Contractor at the Border Guard Station in Krynica Morska. The project included the refurbishment and alteration of three buildings, as well as the construction of a new warehouse and garage building, commissioned by the Maritime Branch of the Polish Border Guard.

 

The scope of works included:

• change of use of rooms within the existing buildings,
• execution of sanitary, electrical and telecommunications installations,
• construction of a new warehouse and garage building together with full building services infrastructure.

 

All works were carried out in an operational facility while maintaining the agreed completion deadlines.

The total gross contract value amounted to PLN 6,823,907.10.
