SPB Contech has started the construction of a warehouse facility under a contract signed with Weinhaus Jakob Gerhardt Polonia in Gdańsk.
The task is carried out in the General Contracting system and includes the demolition of the existing building with an area of 1,200 m2 and the comprehensive turnkey construction of a new warehouse facility with an area of 2,000 m2, together with social annexes, road infrastructure, sanitary, water supply and rainwater systems, as well as parking spaces along with landscaping.
The scope of the contract also includes all necessary design work and obtaining permits to use the facility.
