Acting under a General Contracting model, SPB Contech commenced works related to the alteration of the facilities at the Border Guard Station located in Krynica Morska.

The scope of the signed contract includes the construction of a new building, as well as the alteration of three existing buildings together with a change of use of selected rooms.

 

The detailed scope of works includes, among others:

 

• demolition works,
• construction works: structural works, finishing works, façade works, roofing works, and installation of windows and doors,
• sanitary works: installation of water supply and drainage systems, heating and ventilation systems,
• electrical works,
• telecommunications works.

 

The works are being carried out in partially occupied buildings and are scheduled to continue until January 2025.
