SPB Contech, acting as the General Contractor, is commencing work on the modernisation of the Hall of Arms of the Marshal's Office in Gdańsk commissioned by the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
The detailed scope of work for the contract to be performed includes:
- multi-discipline construction works of the Hall of Arms together with multimedia (teletechnical) equipment and demolition works,
- air-conditioning of the Hall of Arms and adjacent premises under the design-build formula,
- disposal of waste generated during demolition work,
- author's supervision of the works,
- preparation of acceptance documentation, including as-built documentation and documentation of the air-conditioning installation.
The works will be carried out between September 2022 and November 2023.
